I am a Charleston native and grew up in the Lowcountry.  I graduated from Ashley Hall in 2002 and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in December of 2005.  In 2013, I earned my MBA from Charleston Southern University.

I was quite fortunate to have parents who understood the benefits of traveling, and was able to visit some of the great highlights of the United States growing up.  To this day, traveling and exploring our country and places around the world is one of my favorite things to do.  I share a love for the outdoors, adventure, white-water rafting, and our National Parks with my dad.  Every few years you may find me on a white-water trip on one of the rivers out West or off exploring another country for the first time.

I have always been an animal lover and advocate for animal rescue.  My sister and I founded a non-profit called Captain’s Salute, a charitable fund for dogs with Wobblers, in 2018.  I currently live on Johns Island with my 2 french bulldog rescues, Roo and Brodie. 

My favorite hobbies include photography, reading, shark tooth hunting, and kayaking.  My sister and I are hockey fans and enjoy traveling up to Raleigh to cheer on our favorite Carolina Hurricanes.

Professionally, I have enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources for nearly 20 years.  I most recently worked for Textron Systems Corporation in the Aerospace and Defense industry as the HR Operations Manager.  I relocated to Baltimore, MD in 2011 for the opportunity to work out of the company headquarters with the larger HR team.  I advanced within the organization into a leadership role fairly quickly and learned a great deal about HR, leadership, and business from a great team of mentors.  After almost 10 years with Textron Systems, I relocated back to Charleston to join C.T. Lowndes & Company as the HR Officer.  For the last several years, I have also taken on the Advertising function for the agency.

I became an agency owner in 2023 and I look forward to being part of the Agency for the remainder of my career.  I am honored to be part of the 6^th generation of the Lowndes family in the business; I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to work with both my dad and sister every day.  It is a privilege to continue to learn about the agency’s legacy and to have an impact on where it goes in the future.
