I was born in Mobile, Alabama, and moved to the Charleston area in 2008 to begin my career with C. T. Lowndes. I graduated from Auburn University in 2006 and immediately went into the insurance industry. I love spending time with my dog, riding bikes, kayaking, beach walking, and just about anything else that is outdoors. I also love to read when I can find the time. I enjoy volunteering in the community, specifically with the Ronald McDonald House and the Magdalene House of Charleston.

I have been in the insurance industry for 11 years, eight of those as a salesperson. I am currently an account executive, but I have also worked as an office manager, a personal lines CSR, and an inside sales representative. I enjoy working with both personal and commercial accounts.

I am very active with the Charleston Association of Insurance Professionals (CAIP). I am the 2017-2019 South Carolina council director and the 2017-2018 Charleston local chapter president. I was awarded the Insurance Professional of the Year in 2011, 2013, and 2016 by CAIP. I was awarded the South Carolina Insurance Professional of the Year and the regional Young Professional of the Year in 2016.

Insurance is my passion, and I also love to teach. My goal is to help educate the community to better understand their insurance so that they can find the right policy at an affordable price. I like to think of insurance as a puzzle that you are putting together for each client. I enjoy taking pieces of their stories and putting together the right plan that fits their needs.
